Laus Abdo
Executive Director
Laus Abdo possesses an extensive background in commercial real estate, gaming and finance.
Laus started his career in 1985 with Paine Webber and later moved to Smith Barney where he was Vice President. In 1993 he founded AGP Capital, Inc. (“AGP”), a financial advisory firm advising companies, lenders and investors on asset acquisition, disposition, restructurings, private placements and similar corporate finance matters. AGP also is an advisor and direct investor in the acquisition of distressed financial assets in the commercial real estate and gaming sectors.
From 2008 to 2010 Laus was advisor to Global Consumer Acquisition Corporation, a NYSE listed $300 million Special Purpose Acquisition Corporation or SPAC. He was responsible for the due diligence on the loan portfolio of several community bank targets in Las Vegas with assets in excess of $1 billion. Approximately 80% of the portfolios were allocated to commercial real estate.
TriArchic Realty Investment Advisors was co-founded by Mr. Abdo in 2011 to partner with and leverage AGP Capital's investment and corporate finance expertise with the complementary services of a Boutique Commercial Brokerage house.
Jeff Chain, CCIM
Managing Director
Jeffrey Chain possesses an extensive background in commercial acquisitions, land analysis, selection, entitlement, planning, design and development.
Jeff founded JC Development Company in 1985 as Broker/Owner, specializing in commercial land sales and entitlement in the Las Vegas valley. Again as Broker/Owner a few years later he founded Seven Valley’s Development, full service design, construction and brokerage company.
Jeff later launched Millennium Properties and Development Company in 1994, a full service development company located in Las Vegas. Concurrently he also founded Millennium Commercial Properties. Represented by over 20 full time commercial real estate specialists, Millennium managed an impressive portfolio of services including acquisition, sales and leasing of retail, office, multifamily and industrial.
Jeff Chain was named “#1 REMAX Commercial Broker/Agent Worldwide” in 2004, 2005 and 2007.
Daniel Jones
Director of Operations
Daniel Jones contributes a career of entrepreneurship, marketing, sales, operations and executive management from various industries. With a degree in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University, in his early career Daniel worked for Silicon Valley firms including Intel and VLSI Technology.
In more recent years, Daniel co-founded Project Technology Solutions, a web based software company serving the construction and Development industry. Additionally he founded and for 13 years operated a number of specialty retail stores in the Las Vegas Valley achieving substantial growth and profitability.
Daniel’s forte is in operating and growing organizations by applying his proficient skills in sales/marketing, managing and mobilizing professionals.
Matthew Haugh
Associate
Matthew found success in both commercial and residential real estate. While at Keller Williams, he consistently ranked in the top ten percent of producing agents within their six Las Vegas offices and served on the Agent Leadership Council each year he was with the company. More recently, Matthew worked with Grubb & Ellis's Retail and Special Assets Team where he assisted in marketing and leasing of their client’s vast retail portfolios. He managed the stabilization of bank owned and distressed properties through effective property management and creative marketing.
Prior to his career in real estate, Matthew Haugh worked for the City of Las Vegas, Department of Leisure Services for ten years, where he served as a program coordinator and Senior Center Supervisor. Mathew’s respectable business standards and philosophies have helped pave the way for many long lasting business relationships in the greater Las Vegas market.
Dana Lowe
Associate
Dana Low contributes a diverse background of industry experience. Joining Millennium Commercial Properties in 2004, Dana proceeded to broker over $200 million in property and land acquisitions during the ensuing 7 years.
Prior to becoming a commercial real estate broker, he owned and/or operated numerous importing, food distribution and real estate management companies. Dana’s industry clients included Wal-mart, El Pollo Loco, IHOP, Albertsons and Kraft Food Service. Dana attended both USC and Pepperdine Universities.
